Andy Ridgway

Andy Ridgway is a co-founder of Everybody Counts, an EdTech Maths company focused on providing every child worldwide with a strong start in life, regardless of their socio-economic background. Andy has held various leadership positions in international schools, including Head of School at The Udine International School and Founding Principal at Leading Asia Myanmar International School. Andy holds a BA Honours with QTS in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Carnegie, Leeds Met University, as well as a Master of Education in STEM from the University of the West of Scotland. Most recently, Andy completed a 2022 accelerator programme in Business Administration and Management from Robert Gordon University.
