Ofelia Rodriguez HRM, PHR

Ofelia Rodriguez has been working in the Human Resources field since 2002. Ofelia Rodriguez began their career as a Control Analyst at PDVSA SERVICES INC, then moved to AJ's Landscaping and Design as a Human Resources Generalist in 2007. In 2011, they joined the Houston Zoo as an HR Generalist, where they oversaw Employee Benefits and Health/Wellness Programs for 400 Employees. In 2013, they became a Senior HR Generalist at Igloo Products Corp. and in 2016, they took on the role of HR Manager at Polytex Fibers Corp. In 2019, they became the HR & Payroll Manager at STEMscopes by Accelerate Learning, Inc. and in 2021, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager at EveryDay Labs. At EveryDay Labs, they partner with school districts to deliver absence reports to parents and guardians at critical moments throughout the year.

Ofelia Rodriguez HRM, PHR has a comprehensive education history. Ofelia Rodriguez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Houston. Ofelia Rodriguez then earned their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University from 2017 to 2020.
