John Richter has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. John began their career in 1989 as the Executive Vice President of National Sales and Key Account Director for Zurich/Kemper INVEST Financial Corporation, where they were responsible for sales/revenues, new account acquisitions, sales management, and key accounts development. During this time, they were recognized as the fastest growing TPM and grew the business to $4B plus. In 1996, they moved to Liberty Mutual Insurance as the Executive Vice President of National Business Development and Strategic Relationships Director, IFMG, & Board Directors. In this role, they were responsible for negotiating new bank acquisitions and cross-selling additional IFMG/Liberty products and services to existing client relationships. John then moved to ING Nederland as the National Bank Acquisition and Account Director, Financial Institutions Division, where they were responsible for establishing new relationships in the USA and strategic account management in ING's Financial Institutions Division. In 2006, they joined MassMutual Financial Group as the National Accounts & Business Development Director & Channel Management Director - Officer. During this time, they were the head of Channel Management - Retirement Services Division and was responsible for National Account Management, MassMutual Career Agency Services, Intermediate Development, DCIO Program, Conf & Symposium Planning and TPAs. In 2011, they joined Symetra Financial Corporation as the National Business Development and Key Accounts Director - Vice President, managing the National Accounts Team responsible for growing profitable business through existing account base, establishing new clients and building a targeted pipeline. In 2013, they became the National Business Development Director for VantisLife Insurance Company, where they established strategic bank relationships, expanded product mix, created marketing revenue and managed multi-dimensional business plans. Currently, they are the Chief Distribution Officer for Everyday Life, leading development and implementation strategies for the introduction and distribution of Everyday Life. John's innovative patent-pending technology makes it easier and more cost-effective for the public to directly purchase life insurance online for their individual and family needs.
