Lily Rego

Lily Rego is an accomplished operations and strategy professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations & Strategy at Everyday Speech since July 2022, Lily previously held the position of Director of Business Operations at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at both CVNL Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership and Young Survival Coalition, along with a role as Operations and Finance Manager at Soliya. Early in career, Lily contributed as a Facilitator at Building Bridges. Lily Rego holds a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communication with a focus on Identity in Dialogue from Long Island University and a Certificate in Accounting, Taxation, and Legal from New York University.
