McKelvey Packard

McKelvey Packard has held various positions in a range of industries since 2011. McKelvey began their career as the Founder, President, and Coach of the Case Western Reserve University Water Polo Club. In 2012, they were an Engineering Intern at GreenField Solar Inc. From 2014 to 2015, they held the roles of Lean Six Sigma Consultant at Alcoa, Business Development & Engineering at AB InBev, Commercialization Analyst at The Lubrizol Corporation, Founder & Chief Executive Officer at 472 Energy Solutions, and Operations Manager at Aleris. In 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Everykey.

McKelvey Packard holds a Master's Degree in Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Green Belt Certificate of Six Sigma from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University obtained in December 2014. McKelvey also attended Evanston Township High School (ETHS).
