Taffy G. has worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade. In 2009, they began their career as Patient Safety Lead at West London Mental Health NHS Trust. In 2013, they moved to Royal Surrey County Hospital Foundation Trust as Head of Patient Safety and Quality. In 2015, they completed an MSc in Healthcare Leadership at the NHS Leadership Academy and began working at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust as Associate Director of Governance & Quality Assurance. In 2016, they joined everyLIFE Technologies as Chief Information & Compliance Officer and Head of Risk and Compliance. In 2019, they were appointed Board Member of Care Software Providers Association (CASPA). In 2020, they joined the Department of Health and Social Care as a Regional Assurance Team member. In 2021, they were appointed Board Member of both UK FIHR Board and INTEROPen.

Taffy G. obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Birmingham between 2015 and 2017. In 2012 and 2013, Taffy G. obtained a Certificate in Healthcare Finance from the Healthcare Financial Management Association. In 2011, Taffy G. obtained a PRINCE 2 from APMG-International. Between 2009 and 2011, Taffy G. obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Risk & Security Management from the University of Portsmouth. In September 2019, Taffy G. obtained a CIPP/E & CIPM from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals. Taffy G. also has additional certifications including a Certified Information Privacy Professional -Europe (CIPP/E) from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, a PRINCE 2 from APMG-International, and an Introductory Certificate in Healthcare Finance from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
