Namrata Balsara has a diverse background in HR and management, with experience spanning various industries including retail, manufacturing, and mental health associations. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at EveryMind, Namrata previously held positions such as Manager of Human Resources at the Canadian Mental Health Association and HR Coordinator at Molson Canada. With a strong educational foundation from institutions like the University of Toronto and Queen's University, Namrata holds degrees in Management Studies, Health Sector Leadership, CHRM in Human Resources, and a BSc. in Microbiology. Namrata is also pursuing a Certificate program in Workplace Mental Health Management at Queen's University.
