Martina Ventura

Martina Ventura has over 8 years of work experience in marketing and customer service. Martina began their career in 2012 as an Intern for THINK Y, where they worked on an online campaign for the launch of Microsoft Internet Explorer 10. In 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Medela, Inc., a medical products company for breastfeeding. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Rotter & Krauss as a Marketing Manager for the sunglasses and contact lenses business units, and was also responsible for the massive communication of the Optical business unit. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at LATAM Airlines, first as a Brand Manager, where they managed the global brand communication and strategy of the frequent flyer program through 25+ countries, and then as a Marketing Analyst, where they were responsible for social media campaigns and led the LATAM Pass Reward Program online communications. Most recently, they were an Account Executive at TBWA\Worldwide, where they were responsible for the agency's most significant account and other accounts. Currently, they are a Product Marketing Specialist at EveryMundo.

Martina Ventura is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marketing at Florida International University - College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciada en Comunicación Social from Universidad de 'San Andrés' in 2012, a Licenciatura en Comunicación Social, Publicitaria e Institucional from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 2008, and a Bachiller bilingüe in Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales from Colegio Holy Cross in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy in November 2021 and PPC Fundamentals Exam from Semrush in October 2021.
