James Goede, CFA

James Goede, CFA is the Director of Digital Asset Management at Everyrealm. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Investment Officer at Sterling Investment Counsel, LLC from April 2016 to March 2021. At Sterling, James was responsible for creating and implementing the investment strategy and operating model for the firm. James also created the firm's asset allocation strategies, led the firm's investment policy committee, and established the firm's due diligence and investment research process.

From April 2015 to February 2016, James worked as a part of Ernst & Young LLP's Restructuring Advisory Group where they assisted clients facing financial challenges. Their focus was on distressed creditor and debtor advisory.

Previously, James worked as a High Yield Credit Analyst at Aberdeen Asset Management from May 2012 to June 2014. Before that, they served as a Mutual Fund Administrator / High Yield Portfolio Analyst at Artio Global Investors from October 2010 to May 2012.
