Niki Choe is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Everytable. Niki has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and has held senior positions at Young's Market Company, Starbucks, and POM Wonderful. Niki began their career as a customer account representative at Pactiv in 2001 and has since played a pivotal role in streamlining supply chains and improving operational efficiencies at some of the world's leading companies. Niki is a highly respected authority in their field and is known for their innovative thinking and ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges.

Niki Choe's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Geneseo and a bachelor's degree from the International School of Luxembourg.
