Dara Hall

Dara Hall's work experience begins with their role as Director of Business Development, Southeast at EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH), a specialized estate sale and consignment E-commerce platform. In this position, they lead and manages the new business development team, collaborating with various departments to execute projects nationwide.

Prior to EBTH, Dara worked as the Group Sales Manager-New Business at The RealReal in 2020. Dara successfully led the new business development team in the Southeast US, driving over $5 million in sales. Before joining Macy's, Dara served as a Business Manager at Nordstrom from 2018 to 2019. Dara managed the women's and men's fragrance departments with the cosmetics division, achieving an 18% increase in sales within one year through targeted vendor-driven events. Dara collaborated with logistics and merchandising teams for the successful execution of multi-day events.

Dara's earliest work experience dates back to 2001 when they worked as the Director of Business Development at Bonne Nuit Fine Linen. Dara successfully launched a high-end bedding and bath boutique in a new market, negotiating commercial lease terms and creating an exclusive product mix. Dara also built relationships with realtors, developers, designers, and other professionals to drive business expansion and brand growth. Their role at Bonne Nuit Fine Linen lasted until 2017.

Dara Hall has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Rollins College, which was obtained between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, Dara attended Vanderbilt University from 1993 to 1994, studying Political Science and Government, although no degree was obtained during this time. Dara also has an Associate of Arts - AA in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Hodges University, although the duration of study for this degree is not provided. Additionally, Dara has obtained a Food Safety Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) in September 2016.
