Donald Shannon is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Director of Business Development for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions at S&P Global Market Intelligence since December 2020, Shannon focuses on cultivating leads and executing commercial discussions for the Limited Partner community. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions, including Director of Business Development at StepStone Group, where responsibilities included global sales of the Private Market Intelligence product. Additional experience encompasses key roles at SS&C Technologies in business development, account management at AltaReturn, and leadership positions at SunGard-Asset Management and CarbonBased Consulting.
