Sarah Dewar Chartered FCIPD is currently the Chief People Officer at Everyturn Mental Health, where Sarah leads on People, Culture, and Engagement. Sarah also serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Dance City. Previously, Sarah was the Director of People at Connect Health, where Sarah oversaw HR, Resourcing, Reward, and more. With a background in Human Resources management and a passion for mentoring, Sarah has a wealth of experience in various HR roles across different industries.

We're a mental health non-profit that has been providing specialist mental health services commissioned by the NHS and local authorities for nearly 40 years. Our mission is to provide high-quality integrated mental health and wellbeing services, placing people and communities at the heart of everything we do. We're here so no one struggles alone with their mental health. Our services include NHS Talking Therapies, 24-hour dementia care, social prescribing, 24-hour nursing care for adults, supported housing with bespoke care packages, and community wellbeing groups.
