Miriam Howell has over 10 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 2005, they began their career as an iPhone Product Specialist in AppleCare, providing top quality customer support for all Apple products and services. Miriam then moved to The University of Texas at Austin in 2008, where they served as a Senior Computer Helpdesk Specialist and Manager in charge of the Helpdesk for the College of Natural Sciences Dean's Office. In 2010, they joined Accordent Technologies as a Project Consultant, providing phone support for the most difficult clients. In 2011, they joined Polycom as a Tech Support Project Coordinator/Installation Coordinator, managing a team of eight implementation engineers. In 2015, they joined Genesis ATS as a Project Coordinator, coordinating and scheduling router installations with multiple installation companies on the East Coast. In 2017, they joined Workplace Answers as a Senior Implementation Specialist, providing implementation for purchased software and ensuring customizations were completed and deployed on time. Later that year, they joined EVERFI as a Release Manager and Product Manager, managing the release life cycle for internal and external projects and guiding product success by leading a cross-function team. In 2020, they joined Midigator as a Product Operations Manager, creating and managing the processes and documentation for product delivery from the ground up. Finally, in 2021, they joined Parsage, Inc. as a Product Owner, establishing a Product department and best practices for delivery.

Miriam Howell attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2008, where they earned a BA in Anthroplogy. Miriam also studied Spanish Language and Literature at the Universidad de Cantabria in 1998. In 2015, they obtained an ITIL Intermediate certification from Global Knowledge.
