Jeffrey Z. Gingerich

Jeffrey Z. Gingerich, Jr. PE, PMP has a diverse range of engineering and management experience. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Director of Development Engineering at EVgo, where they lead a team responsible for developing innovative electric vehicle (EV) charging station designs and industry-leading standards. Prior to this role, they worked at Ardmore Roderick as the Director of Utilities and the East Coast Regional Manager, overseeing distribution and substation engineering services. Jeffrey also held positions at Tangibl Group, Inc., Main Line Energy Consultants, LLC, Exelon Nuclear, CG Power Solutions USA, Inc., and Sargent & Lundy, with responsibilities including electrical design engineering, project management, and instrumentation and controls system design for various industries.

Jeffrey Z. Gingerich, Jr. PE, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University in the years 1999-2005. Jeffrey then pursued further education at the Villanova School of Business, where they earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the years 2023-2025. Additionally, they hold various certifications including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and multiple Professional Engineer (PE) certifications from different state boards and departments. The obtained years for the PE certifications range from 2014 to 2022.
