Sharon Hecht

Sharon Hecht has over 30 years of experience as a Human Factors Specialist in the aviation industry. Sharon has worked for various companies, including Boeing, FAA, Eclipse Aviation, Cessna Aircraft Company, and Eviation Aircraft. Sharon is currently serving as a Human Factors Subject Matter Expert at Eviation Aircraft since 2023. Previously, they worked at Hecht & Associates as a Human Factors Specialist, specializing in FAA/EASA Part 23/25 certification, from 2007 to the present. Sharon also worked as a contractor at Cessna Aircraft Company from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they held positions at Eclipse Aviation from 2004 to 2007, FAA from 1996 to 2004, and Boeing from 1989 to 1995.
