Rich A.

Rich A. has a strong background in business development and sales, with a focus on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Rich has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Their most recent role was as the Director of Business Development at Evidation, where they started in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Research & Life Sciences Business Development at ŌURA from September 2022 to September 2023. Rich also served as the Director of Business Development US/Global- Precision Medicine/CDx at Quest Diagnostics from July 2021 to September 2022. Rich A. has experience in rare diseases and genetic treatments as well, having worked as a Rare Disease Consultant at Akcea Therapeutics and a Regional Business Manager at Shire. Before entering the healthcare industry, they worked in creative roles such as Sr. Art Director at Havas Life Metro and President/Chief Creative Director at New England Foundry. Rich A. started their career in pharmaceutical sales, working as a Senior Biotech Sales Representative and Primary Care Sales Representative at Abbott. Rich achieved record sales and launched a product successfully during their time at Abbott.

Rich A. is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition & Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communications from the University of Connecticut. Rich also holds several certifications, including a 5th Degree Certified Master Instructor in Korean Traditional Martial Arts from the United States Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation, Mind-Body Medicine Basic & Advanced Training from The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, and a 3rd Degree Certified Instructor in Tang Soo Do Mi Guk Kwan Association. Rich is also certified in Usui Reiki - Certified Level 1 and Wudang Qigong and Taiji from Usui Shiki Ryoho and Wudang Taoist Wellness, respectively.
