You You Tan

You You Tan has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career in 2012 as a Graphic Designer at Del Sol Coastal Properties. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at UC Davis Student Recruitment & Retention Center as a Graphic & Marketing Coordinator and a Research Assistant. In 2016, they joined the Wonder Women Tech Foundation as a Creative Designer. In 2017, they had internships as a UX Intern at Pip Tompkin Studio and Ayzenberg. At Ayzenberg, they also worked as a UX Designer, improving product usability and conducting user testing sessions. They then moved on to BCG Digital Ventures in 2018 as an Experience Designer. They helped invent, build, and invest in startups alongside influential companies. Currently, You You Tan is working at Evidation as a Senior Product Designer. Evidation utilizes real-world data to understand health experiences and provide personalized health guidance. They started as a Lead Product Designer in 2023 and continue to contribute to their human-centered healthcare approach.

You You Tan holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology with a Biology emphasis from the University of California, Davis. They also have a certification in UX Academy from Designlab. Additionally, You You Tan has obtained certifications in "Designing with AI: Visual Prompting" from Design Dept. in 2024 and "Equitable Product Design" from LinkedIn in 2022.
