Thomas Maine

Thomas Maine has extensive work experience in the IT industry. From 2001 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Bond International Software, Inc. Moving forward, they joined erecruit - enterprise staffing software in 2012, where they served as a Senior IT Cloud Architect. In this role, Thomas managed the hosting services in the Azure Cloud with over 900 Virtual Machines and enterprise applications for more than 10,000 users. Thomas supervised the MSP responsible for day-to-day operations, designed and maintained SLAs, processes, infrastructure roadmaps, and monitoring and performance architecture. Thomas also managed automation of infrastructure deployments using PowerShell ARM Scripts with DSC, as well as the relationship with the MSP and Microsoft. Additionally, they led the IT Ops team of 15 people and successfully migrated the hosting platform to a new MSP provider. In 2019, they joined Cloudreach as a Cloud Architect and later became a Principal Cloud Architect at Eviden in 2023.

Thomas Maine obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer and Information Science with a focus on Management Information Systems from ECPI Technical College in 2008. Thomas also holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Technology/Networking from ECPI. In addition to their degrees, Thomas has obtained certifications in Cybersecurity from (ISC)² in June 2023 and completed a course on Introduction to Generative AI from Google Cloud Skills Boost in 2023.
