Jaison Jose Thomas

Jaison Jose Thomas currently serves as Senior Officer for Safe Water Operations at Evidence Action, with a background in leading substantial teams and managing impactful programs. From June 2019 to July 2024, Jaison worked at Gram Vikas as District Manager, overseeing the Water Secure Gram Panchayat and Safe & Dignified Migration initiatives across multiple panchayats, leading to improved access to safe water and sanitation for 500 households. Previous roles included Junior Manager, where Jaison co-developed the S4D initiative, and Young Management Trainee, leading a Covid response program for over 700 beneficiaries.
