Andrew Trees

Andrew Trees serves as the VP and Head of the CareInsights Division at EvidenceCare since March 2025, where the focus is on improving clinical and financial outcomes for hospitals amid challenges such as margin pressure and physician burnout. Prior to this role, Andrew co-founded and served as CEO of Agathos from November 2015 to March 2025, enabling health systems to enhance physician insights and collaborative efforts to improve patient experiences. Earlier consulting experiences include positions at IMS Consulting Group and ClearView Healthcare Partners, where Andrew progressed from Analyst to Senior Analyst and Consultant. Andrew also interned in Technology at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2010. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Philosophy of Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Wharton School, both earned in May 2010.
