Joshua Jean-Baptiste

Joshua Jean-Baptiste is an experienced video producer and casting professional, currently working at Evident Change as a Video Producer since March 2021, where Joshua has produced over 25 training videos for social workers. At Jubilee Media, serving as a Casting Producer since October 2021, Joshua has enhanced diversity in talent applications and improved submission rates through strategic initiatives. Additionally, Joshua has been a Training Facilitator for Beyond Recreation since August 2018, effectively training over 50 counselors to foster better communication and teamwork. Previous roles include Casting Coordinator at React Media, Community Manager at Büro Miami, and Executive Producer at Adaptive Studios, where Joshua developed content for Complex Networks. Joshua's early career included positions such as Assistant Manager at Wynwood Letterpress and a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Urbano. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Acting from the University of Florida.
