Evident Change
Toni Aleman, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. From 1999 to the present, Toni has worked at NCCD, initially as the Director of Administration and later transitioning to the role of Director of Human Resources at Evident Change in 2016. In this role, Toni is responsible for overseeing the organization's HR, facilities, and agency administrative operations nationwide. Toni works closely with executive and senior leadership to provide strategic guidance in these areas.
Toni Aleman, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Music and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, Toni has obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in March 2017.
