Jolene Damon is an accomplished data analyst with extensive experience in healthcare and data management. Currently serving as Lead Data Analyst at Evidera, Jolene has previously held senior roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care as a Senior Research Analyst and at Predilytics, where responsibilities included leading data operations, mentoring colleagues, and developing processes for healthcare data validation and standardization. Jolene’s expertise extends through various positions such as Senior SAS Developer at RxAnte, Sr SAS Programmer Analyst at OptumInsight, and roles focused on quality assurance and FDA compliance at Lonza and SanuWave.
