Aaron Rhodes

Aaron Rhodes has extensive experience in the film and animation industry. Aaron currently works as a Project Manager and Visual Effects Producer at Evil Eye Pictures, where they oversee the development of the FUTURE. STAGE software. Prior to this, Aaron served as a Creative Director, Producer, Director, and Editor at Voodle, Inc. from 2020 to 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Aaron worked as an Executive Producer, Director, and Editor at Pixvana, Inc. Aaron was responsible for managing and directing various projects. Before that, they held the position of Senior Producer and Director at emotion studios, inc from 2013 to 2016, where they produced and directed promotional content for renowned clients.

Aaron's earlier experience includes roles as VFX Editor, IO, and Roto Paint Supervisor at Evil Eye Pictures from 2010 to 2013, Colorist, Editor, and Compositor at Spy Post in 2010, Compositor at Lightstream Animation Studios in 2009, and VFX/Compositing Supervisor at Polygon Entertainment in 2009.

Aaron also worked as an Associate VFX Supervisor, Senior Colorist, VFX & Online Editor, Roto Paint Supervisor, and Filmmaker at The Orphanage from 1999 to 2009, where they supervised visual effects shots and developed new software tools for color correction.

Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated the ability to manage agile teams, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. Aaron has showcased their filmmaking skills through their own projects, including a short film called "Falling," which was well-received at various film festivals.

Aaron Rhodes attended Catlin Gabel School from 1982 to 1993. Aaron then pursued their Bachelor's degree at Bennington College from 1993 to 1994, focusing on Photography and Philosophy. Later, they attended Pitzer College from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a BA degree in Film, Media Studies, and Sociology.
