David Hisanaga

David Hisanaga has an extensive work experience in the field of computer graphics and visual effects. David started their career at Industrial Light and Magic (ILM) in 1996, where they served as a Computer Graphics Supervisor and later as a Technical Director until 2019. During their time at ILM, they worked on various projects and gained valuable expertise. In 2019, David joined WHISKYTREE as a Technical Director for a few months before moving to Pixar Animation Studios, where they assumed the role of a Technical Director until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Visual Effects Artist at Evil Eye Pictures. David has a strong background in computer graphics and extensive experience in technical directing in the animation industry.

David Hisanaga attended Texas A&M University from 1988 to 1996. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Visualization (B.E.D) and later completed a Master's degree in the same field of study (M.S.).
