Heather Houska Pharmd

Heather Houska, PharmD, currently serves as a RWE/HEOR Clinical Pharmacist at Evio since November 2022. Previously, from September 2015 to July 2022, Heather held the position of Senior Clinical Pharmacist at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included acting as a clinical liaison to health plans across the United States and identifying performance improvement opportunities related to pharmacy benefit utilization. Prior experience includes serving as Formulary Manager at Community Health Network of San Francisco from September 2010 to September 2015 and as a Clinical Hospital Pharmacist at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center from August 2008 to September 2010. Heather earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Creighton University.
