Cipd Assoc Nadezhda Tonkova

Nadezhda Tonkova has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Nadezhda has worked as the Head of Recruitment and Development at EVN Bulgaria since December 2009. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Specialist at Carrefour Bulgaria AD in 2009. From 2004 to 2008, they served as a Recruitment, Training, and Development Specialist at VIVACOM, where they were responsible for internal HR consulting, recruitment and selection, and training program coordination. Nadezhda also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Global Services, Bulgaria from 2001 to 2004.

Nadezhda Tonkova, CIPD Assoc, has a diverse education history that includes professional coaching, human resources management, and English language and literature. In 2018, they completed a Professional Coach program at Intunity Coaches, specializing in life and business coaching. From 2015 to 2016, Nadezhda pursued a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT. Prior to this, they obtained a Master degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" in 2001.
