Jivko Dimitrov

Head Of Customer Service Group at EVN Bulgaria

Jivko Dimitrov has a diverse work experience in the energy and service industries. Jivko currently holds the position of Head of Group Customer Service at EVN Bulgaria since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer Smart Metering System Management at the same company from January 2019 to November 2021. Jivko also has experience as the Owner and Manager of J'DeeCoffee from March 2018 to November 2018. Before that, they worked at ENERGO-PRO in Bulgaria (group of companies) where they progressed from roles such as Electrician and Specialist in Asset Management Tools to ultimately becoming the Head of Unit "Operation Of Networks and Means Of Commercial Measurements" from June 2015 to February 2018. Jivko also worked as a Specialist Measurement from May 2014 to June 2015. Jivko started their career as an Electrician at E.ON Bulgaria from June 2009 to June 2012.

Jivko Dimitrov pursued their education from 2008 to 2015 at the University of Ruse, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in the field of Electricity and Electrical Equipment.
