Joan McKenna

Executive Assistant to CEO at EVO

Joan McKenna has over 30 years of experience in Executive Assistant roles. Joan began their career in 1989 as an Executive Assistant at Unisys, where they were responsible for the coordination of all national meetings and events, representing the company at local and national trade shows, and preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs. In 2003, they moved to EDS as an Executive Assistant to the Segment Leader and Vice President of Communications Accounts. In this role, they managed calendars, travel and expense reporting for the vice president and directs, and coordinated executive meetings at client site locations. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Office Manager/EA at Acxiom, managing the Alpharetta office for Acxiom's staff of 40, and serving as a liason with rental offices, vendors, suppliers and county. In 2013, they joined Big Cloud Analytics as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and managing expense submission for the CEO. Joan also arranged client meetings and scheduled client and internal phone meetings, as well as coordinated email sales campaigns and managed the distribution of the CTO's newest book.

Joan McKenna attended Oglethorpe University from 1977 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
