GTM Executive Leader & Sales Accelerator
Eric Morano is a seasoned Channel Veteran, leveraging over 20 years of experience in go-to-market sales strategy, enablement and training, solution selling, and overall revenue operations.
Eric is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Evo Security, a hyper-growth Channel-Only provider of Identity Access Management (IAM) for MSPs. He is dedicated to the training and development of sales professionals, improving all operational sales functions, and optimizing partner marketing and revenue.
In his previous leadership roles at TitanHQ and AgileBlue, Eric was responsible for building a partner program, supporting revenue growth, and overall expansion into the channel.
Prior to that, in 2020, Eric led the successful pursuit of channel growth at SKOUT Cybersecurity, a leader in providing Extended Detection and Response (XDR). This rapid expansion ultimately led to an acquisition by Barracuda Networks in July 2021.
Preceding that exit, Eric held various positions at Datto Inc. and was primarily responsible for North American partner expansion, beginning at the start-up stage and growing to Datto’s IPO. His desire to build a team culture of inclusion and a high-velocity sales environment led to the hyper-growth results at Datto from 2013-2020. Eric built an organizational culture with global cross-functional collaboration - driving product marketing, positioning, and overall new business GTM strategy.
During the several years at Datto, Eric took command through transformational challenges such as mergers, acquisitions, and large systematic changes - all while maintaining the company's moving sales targets. He has proven to be successful in leading teams in cross-selling products and providing a single platform for the Cloud Backup, Business Continuity (BCDR), Managed Networking, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), and Professional Service Automation (PSA) markets.
Earlier in his career, Eric held senior sales positions at leading Value-Added Resellers (VARs) such as Insight Enterprises and CDW Corporation.
Eric’s focus is on sales execution, and his passion spans testing and implementation of “new age” modern sales models and techniques. This includes but is not limited to AI, machine learning, workflow automation, and systematic integration. He believes that people, processes, and technology can be utilized together to grow an organization - at any stage.
