Ramesh Mantana

Ramesh Mantana has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR. Ramesh started their career at Innova Solutions in 2000, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in HR for six years. From 2006 to 2009, they served as an Associate Manager at Satyam Computers Services Ltd, where they were responsible for HR solutions and management of a strategic relationship unit. Ramesh then joined plugHR as a Program Director for a brief period from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they worked as the Head of HR at GSS from 2010 to 2011. Ramesh then joined Infosys in 2011 as a Senior Business Partner HR, where they played a key role in talent management for a unit with over 6200 employees, focusing on performance management and creating a reward culture. In 2016, they joined Evoke Technologies as Director HR, and was subsequently promoted to Senior Director in 2018, and then to Vice President of HR & Operations in 2020. Their role at Evoke Technologies involves overseeing HR and operational functions.

From 1992 to 1994, they attended Andhra University where they pursued a degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM). Prior to that, from 1989 to 1992, they attended Dr. Lankapalli Bullaya College, majoring in Economics, Statistics, and Commerce, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. Before their time at the college, from 1986 to 1988, they attended Dr. Lankapalli Bullaya Junior College, focusing on subjects such as Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Lastly, from 1983 to 1986, they studied at Pollocks School, completing their schooling with a focus on English.
