Jessica Songer

Jessica Songer has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Jessica currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Inizio Evoke since November 2022. Prior to this, they held roles such as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Mediabrands from October 2021 to November 2022, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Intouch Group from November 2020 to October 2021, and Recruiter at Publicis Media from December 2019 to April 2020. Jessica also worked as a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer at JLL from January 2019 to December 2019. Before transitioning into talent acquisition, Jessica served as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at Match Marketing Group from January 2016 to May 2018 and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide from February 2015 to January 2016. Jessica began their career as a Corporate Recruiter/HR Business Partner at RCM Industries, Inc. from September 2011 to February 2015 and gained experience in training and development at The Cheesecake Factory from January 2005 to June 2012.

Jessica Songer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from North Central College, where they graduated Cum Laude. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a LIFO (Life Orientations) Certified Trainer, specializing in productivity, team-building, interpersonal communication, leadership, and coaching.
