Karla Anderson

Karla Anderson has extensive experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Evoke. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the same company.

Before joining Evoke, Karla worked at AF-Group and Emergent Holdings as the Managing Director of Diversity & Development. Karla was also the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at both companies. Additionally, they served as the Diversity & Inclusion Lead at AF-Group.

Karla Anderson obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from Fisk University in the years 2005 to 2009. Karla then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) from Diversity Training University International in 2017.
