Melanie Naone

Melanie Naone is a Holistic Nurse at The Queen's Medical Center since December 2019, specializing in holistic healing approaches that incorporate evidence-based practices such as Reiki, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. Prior experience includes roles as a Trauma ICU Nurse and a Yoga Teacher at evolation yoga, and prior to that, rapid response nursing for inpatient and outpatient services at City of Hope. Melanie experienced extensive clinical nursing in adult and pediatric oncology critical care, hematology oncology, and bone marrow transplant settings. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor in Advanced Med Surg & Critical Care at Cal State LA. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Biola University, a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, and certification as a Caritas Coach from Watson Caring Science Institute.
