Alicia Hawkins

Alicia Hawkins is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in managed care organizations. Currently serving as Vice President, Legal at Evolent Health since June 2017, Alicia has been instrumental in providing legal, compliance, and operational leadership, including the establishment of three Florida Medicaid managed care organizations. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Gateway Health from January 2014 to May 2017, where Alicia provided corporate legal services for various states' government programs. Previously, as a Senior Attorney at Coventry Health Care, Inc. from January 1995 to October 2013, Alicia managed corporate legal services for national health plans. Alicia holds a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a BA in Speech Communications from California State University, Northridge.
