Previously, Geeta served as the Head of Learning, Competency, and Talent Development at Schlumberger India Technology Center and held the position of General Manager for Learning & Development at Sears India. Geeta also has a background as an independent consultant specializing in leadership development, talent management, and learning and development strategies, and took a gap year to broaden personal experiences.
