Jodi Hill

Jodi Hill currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Evolent Health, a company dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery. Previously, Jodi held the same title at Phreesia, focusing on enhancing the healthcare experience through strategic talent acquisition. With extensive experience in the field, Jodi has also contributed as a member of Chief, and served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at SPS Commerce, where responsibilities included leading a high-performing team to meet business objectives. Jodi's earlier roles included senior positions at MoneyGram International, ILM Professional Services, and Experis, among others. Jodi's educational background includes a BA in Mathematics and Communications from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a legal education from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
