Sean Janoe

Sean Janoe is a seasoned professional in medical economics with extensive experience in healthcare analytics. Currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Senior Director of Medical Economics at Evolent Health since October 2020, Sean has led various departmental functions focused on program development, cost-benefit optimization, and client analytics. Prior roles include Director of Medical Economics & Informatics at HealthHelp, where Sean developed algorithms for clinical criteria prediction and cost analysis, as well as Group Manager at Memorial Hermann Health System, conducting complex revenue analyses for a $12 billion system. Sean’s earlier experience includes financial analysis roles across several healthcare organizations. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
