Gena Chieco

Gena Chieco is an accomplished executive coach with extensive experience in leadership development, having served CEOs, Founders, and high-performing executives since April 2019 at Gena Chieco Coaching. As a Founding Guide at Chief, Chieco facilitates a network supporting women in executive roles. Currently, Chieco participates on the advisory boards of SpeakUp Now and The Nova Global, focusing on innovative workplace solutions and empowering women. Previously, Chieco held executive positions including Chief of Staff at Greenlots and Counsel to the Director at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, among other notable roles in government and executive leadership. Chieco holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University.
