Evolv Technology is looking for a world-class Sales Recruiter to help build and scale our Revenue organization. The ideal candidate is someone who will serve as an evangelist for our sales team, working with them to design and execute a robust recruiting plan so that we can build a deep pipeline of talented sales candidates. The person in this role will serve as the point person for all things hiring, serving as the liaison between the Revenue Org and the rest of the Evolv team.

Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 12 months you will work toward completing? Partner with hiring leaders to support the scaling of the Revenue Organization Reduce reliability on agency recruitment partners Become a trusted partner of the revenue organization and increase interdepartmental communication Within 30 days, you will: Understand Evolv, our ATS (Workable), and our Recruitment Process Take ownership of all sales requisitions Meet with Executive team at Evolv and leaders of the Revenue Organization to begin to develop candidate profiles for our various sales roles Attend a customer demo and/or installation to better understand how Evolv’s Revenue Organization works Within three months, you will be successful if you have: Sourced and closed 1-3 sales professionals and have a pipeline of candidates in process at different stages Cultivated strong relationships with Revenue Organization Leadership Developed a clear understanding of what a day in the life looks like for various roles within the Rev Org Understand and promote Evolv, our culture, and values. Within one year, you will be successful if you have: Reduced agency utilization by 50% or more A time to fill of 50 days or less and a goal in place to bring it down to 45 days or less Developed a success profile for Account Executives and Channel Account Managers, how to assess them, and potential career paths The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing regularly? Communication/relationship building with internal sales leaders and team members, as well as with external pipeline(s) of candidates. Marketing/Selling Evolv/Employer Brand - Represent and promote the Evolv lifestyle consistently on social media and attend one event (in person or virtual) per quarter. Sourcing - create a pipeline of Account Executives, Channel Managers and other sales professionals using LinkedIn, associations, and or any other innovative/best in class methods. Full cycle sales recruiting – From sourcing to offer acceptance, manage end to end candidate experience for all sales roles while reducing the use of agencies, improving our time-to-fill rate, and increasing the diversity of the revenue team. ATS/ Tech Savviness/ Data Fluency – Accurately track and analyze all recruitment data in respected tools (Workable, Excel, Dashboards) on a daily (Workable) and monthly basis. Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent for each role. Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline. Utilize broader trends and data in the business and industry to continuously improve the company’s brand from a hiring perspective, scale recruiting processes and systems, and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning process. What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team? You will be joining the Talent Acquisition team. The soon to be 3-person team sits in the People Operations organization, and you will report to the Senior Recruiter. We have an accommodating and hybrid work environment but do value in-person collaboration and we will expect this individual to come into our Waltham-based office occasionally.
