Betsy Fallon is the Vice President of Customer Success at Evolv Technology. Betsy has over 20 years of experience in customer success, marketing, and global client services.

Betsy started their career at the University of Miami as the Assistant Director from 1994-1998. Betsy then spent 4 years at Context Media as the Vice President of Marketing from 2001-2004. In 2005, Betsy joined Idiom Technologies as the Director of Customer Development, and they were with the company until it was acquired by SDL plc in 2008. Betsy then became the Executive Vice President of Global Client Services at SDL International, a position they held for 13 years until they joined Evolv Technology in 2021.

At Evolv, Betsy is responsible for leading the customer success team and driving customer success initiatives across the company. Under their leadership, the team has successfully helped customers achieve their desired outcomes with Evolv’s products and services. Betsy is passionate about customer success and is always looking for new ways to help their team deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Betsy Fallon completed their undergraduate degree at American University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts. Betsy then went on to complete a Master of Science in Organization Development at the University of Miami.
