Mark Donohue

Mark Donohue is currently the CFO at Evolv Technology. Prior to Evolv, they were the CFO at Vestmark from August 2018 to May 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of Finance at Rapid7 from February 2016 to August 2018. Mark also held the position of Sr. Director of Strategy & FP&A at Cisco from October 2007 to February 2016. Mark began their career as a Financial Analyst at Quantum in May 1996 and has since held various finance-related positions at Teradyne and Ferris Baker Watts Inc.

Mark Donohue completed a BS in Business Administration & Finance from the University of New Hampshire. Mark then went on to complete an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management. Finally, they completed a MS in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management.

They are on a team with Nancy Milhous - Chief Accounting Officer & Corporate Controller, Brian Norris - VP, Finance and Investor Relations, and Richard Abraham - VP, Technical Sales & Solutions. Mark Donohue reports to Peter George, CEO.
