Ben Williams

Ben Williams is the Founder and Managing Director of Sten10, a people assessment design firm. Ben also serves as the Director of Evolve Assess and the Chief Psychologist at Thriive platform. Ben has a strong background in occupational psychology, with experience at various companies such as Kenexa, SHL Group, and TMP Worldwide. Ben holds a MA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and a MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey.
