Manoj Sarguru

Manoj Sarguru has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Evolve Back Resorts since December 2021. Prior to this role, Manoj held various positions at Evolve Back - Orange County Resorts and Hotels Limited from September 2016 to January 2021, including Human Resources Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager. Additionally, Manoj worked at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited from January 2012 to September 2016, progressing from Human Resource Supervisor to Senior Executive and Executive roles. Earlier career experiences include HR Associate at Eureka Forbes Ltd and HR Officer at MTS Private Limited. Manoj obtained a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from RVS College of Engineering & Technology between 2008 and 2010.
