Jaime Carrozzi

Jaime Carrozzi's work experience begins in 2002 when they joined M0NUMENT M0RTGAGE. In this company, their roles included being an ICE Encompass 360 Administrator, Software Administrator, and Process Improvement Specialist. They were responsible for implementing and managing Encompass settings, managing website settings and content, and optimizing system configurations. They also played a key role in establishing and maintaining the company's Compliance Department, where they trained and managed compliance staff members and ensured policies and procedures were in compliance with regulations. Additionally, Jaime worked as a Mortgage Processor, handling FHA, Conventional, VA, and pre-qualification loans, and providing support to customers throughout the loan application process. They also served as a Closer/Funder, ensuring smooth closing processes, and as a Subordination Agreement Coordinator, monitoring deadlines and managing legal documents. Most recently, in 2023, Jaime joined Evolve Bank & Trust as an Encompass Administrator.

Jaime Carrozzi began their education journey in 1996 at Roger Williams University, where they pursued studies in Marine Biology, Environmental Chemistry, and Psychology. They completed their degree in 2000. In 2022, Jaime enrolled in Central Arizona College to pursue a degree in Computer Programming. As for additional certifications, Jaime obtained the following:

- In July 2022, they completed the "Python for Non-Programmers" certification from LinkedIn.

- In August 2022, they obtained the "Microsoft Office Essentials - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint" certification from TestOut Corporation.

- In November 2022, they earned the "Project Management Foundations: Requirements" certification from LinkedIn.

- In May 2022, Jaime achieved a Level 5 out of 5 in the "Arizona Career Readiness Program" from ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County.
