Jay Hammerquist

Jay Hammerquist is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Evolve Partners LLC since October 2017, Jay specializes in change consultancy aimed at enhancing organizational performance. Prior to this role, Jay was the Chief Executive Officer at Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center, P.C. from August 2011 to September 2017. Jay's career also includes significant positions at RLG International, where roles included TMP Product Leader and Senior Manager for both U.S. and Canadian Operations, as well as management consultancy. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Citibank. Jay holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from South Dakota State University.
