Dr. Tamika S. Hood Icf-Pcc

Dr. Tamika S. Hood, holding multiple certifications including ICF-PCC, CPDC, PHR, and SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of the Prince George's County Workforce Development Board at Employ Prince George's. In addition to this role, Dr. Hood is a Radio Host at AM 1450 WOL, an Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and the Founder/CEO of Couture Coaching & Consulting. With extensive experience in coaching and consulting, Dr. Hood has held positions such as Senior Consultant at DAS & Associates, Inc., and Strategy & Advisory Consultant at Nonprofit HR. Educationally, Dr. Hood earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School, a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
