Rebecca Monk

Rebecca Monk is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at Evolve Housing + Support since June 2023, Rebecca also holds the position of Chief People Officer at Softcat plc, where Rebecca has been since August 2017, overseeing the HR department. Previously, Rebecca served as HR Director for Universal Pictures International at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, focusing on the UK and EMEA markets, and led recruitment efforts across more than 30 countries as Talent Acquisition Director for NBCUniversal International. Earlier experience includes key roles at Hutchison 3G, where Rebecca managed corporate recruitment and led teams to meet resourcing needs, as well as positions at Imprint Search and Selection and Chemistry Recruitment. Rebecca holds a BA Hons in Management Studies with French from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in HRM & HRD from Nottingham Trent University, and has international education experience at IÉSEG School of Management.
