Faith Hodan

Faith Hodan has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a QC Auditor for Residential Mortgages at Evolve Mortgage Services, LLC since October 2016, focusing on quality control reviews of closed loans. Previous positions include roles as a Residential Mortgage Loan Underwriter at Franklin American Mortgage Company, where the emphasis was on due diligence for pre/post purchase mortgage loans, and as a Mortgage Underwriter at EMC Mortgage, reviewing loans for bulk purchase. Faith's career also includes significant experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President, managing secondary market due diligence for non-conforming mortgage loans, along with early roles as a Wholesale Mortgage Underwriter and Assistant Secretary in the mortgage sector. Educationally, Faith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Salisbury University and an Associate’s Degree in the same field from Chesapeake College.
